The trust is conducting a SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS COMPETITION after the phenomenal success of our LAST SEVEN YEARS COMPETITIONS.
We intend to diversify and promote students interest in SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS as well as acquaint them to the objectivel type multiple-choice questions. We aim to develop their ability to think and apply concepts, enhance spontaneity and prepare them for the finer nuances of competition. The questions will deal with general problems of science and mathematics as per the prescribed CBSE syllabus of the concerned classes
THE COMPETITION WILL BE HELD ON 17TH JANUARY 2010
The participants will be divided into following Five groups:

The venues of the competition are:
- Our Lady of Fatima Convent School(Sec. 14)
- Lions Public School(Sec. 10)
PRIZES(In Each Group)
- First Prize : Cash prize, memento& a meritorious certificate.
- Second Prize : Cash prize, Golden medal& a meritorious certificate.
- Consolation Prizes:
- Next ten students will be awarded a silver medal and a Meditorious certificate.
- Students securing 60% and above marks will receive a Bronze medal and a certificate.
- Students securing 50% marks and above will receive a participation certificate.
Generals:
- There will be no negative marking.
- Use of calculators and Log-Tables will not be allowed.
- The test will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions.
- The duration of paper wil be of 120 minutes.
- The result will be declared one month after the date of competition.
- Registration/Participation fees will be Rs. 75/-.
- Last date of registration will be 15/12/2009.
- Forms available at school offices and at 351, Sector-4, Gurgaon.
- Parents are requested to leave their ward at the gate of Examination Centre. They will not be allowed inside the premises of Exam. Centre.
Schools having maximum participation & maximum number of meritorious students will be awarded a token of appreciation.
