Dear Friends Sorry Late to tell you. CBSE had launched its Helpline Numbers from February 1.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a list of counsellors for the exam helpline, which will start from February 1 and go on till March 31.
The CBSE is also planning to implement an interactive voice response system for its tele-counselling, the first by an education board in the country. The numbers are 1250111102 on the MTNL network and 1250102 for BSNL. Online counselling, meanwhile, will be provided by the director (academics) and the controller of examinations at the following addresses: directoracad@hotmail.com and cepavnesh@hotmail.com
Snehi, an NGO, is also running a pre-exam helpline for students, which can be accessed at 26521415 and 26521494. The timings are from 10 am to 7 pm. Available from February 1 to March 31, the helpline will be manned by psychologists and senior counsellors. Students can also log on to the CBSE website, www.cbse.nic.in
